In our blog posts of April and June we detailed the latest changes, and July is no different as we continue to build upon the course content and infrastructure we already had in place.
Our latest changes are geared towards all students whether they come to us as individual customers, or with the companies they work for. A big part of running a successful open source training company is not only listening to what our clients need, but also adapting so we offer our courses in a manner that suits their needs and capabilities.
Let’s take a quick look through the changes that July has brought.
Reduced Prices
We are passionate about open source technology and the potential it holds to improve the world. This passion always translates into fantastic results, no matter what business you are in. Greater Choice of Courses
The past few weeks have seen us add to our curriculum by enriching the already strong and popular line up of courses that we offer. At EDC4IT we keep our online instructor-led offering fresh and up to date. Companies and individual students know that we provide courses on cutting edge technologies that offer long term solutions.
Many of our virtual courses have been enriched with extra material, or more pertinent material necessary to give participants a more comprehensive grounding in concepts. A more detailed understanding means participants can go on to produce professional and efficient results in real world situations.
Our Courseware Development Team has worked closely with instructors to update courses for the curriculum that our clients need now. If clients feel their team would benefit from greater focus on a particular topic or concept we can tailor our courses to suit that need.
Communication
We have always made it easy to connect with us. Aside from more traditional methods such as phone and email, clients have been able to make use of our social media channels to contact us, as well as stay up to date with our news.
However, after testing throughout June, this month sees the launch of our website chat application. Use it for whatever queries you may have about our courses, services, prices, and availability. One of our team will be on hand to respond. If outside of working hours, we will respond as soon as possible.
Small Classes
This final point is not really a change, more of a reminder that, when it comes to our Virtual instructor-led classes, we believe that smaller classes are best. Other companies may try to pack as many students in a class as their platform will allow. However, we prefer to focus on quality and value, giving you the training experience that you deserve.
Our classes never exceed 7 participants, meaning they benefit from more detailed explanations from a live instructor who consequently has the time to answer all questions and provide relevant and colourful examples.
